    • Cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation relative to the event date, as detailed in the booking confirmation.

  4. Changes to Booking

    • Any changes to the booking requested by the Customer must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges depending on the service provider’s policies and availability.
    • The Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel services in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies). In such cases, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or a refund.
  5. Travel Insurance

    • It is highly recommended that Customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies.
    • The Agency is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from the Customer's travel experience.
  6. Booking Documentation

    • The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the correct booking documents.
  7. Liability

    • The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the service providers. 
    • The Customer agrees to comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety requirements during the event.
  8. Force Majeure

    • The Agency will not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including , war, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.
  9. Conduct

    • The Customer is expected to behave responsibly and follow all reasonable instructions from tour leaders, guides, and service providers. The Agency reserves the right to remove any Customer from an event  if their behaviour is disruptive, illegal, or endangers the safety of others.
  10. Personal Data

    • The Agency will handle the Customer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
